Hi, I'm Courtney Herman! Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, I moved to Summit County three years ago and quickly fell in love with everything this mountain community offers. After spending the past eight years building a career in SaaS sales, I decided to pursue what I enjoy most—working directly with people and becoming a more active part of the community—which led me to earn my real estate license and join Nelson Mountain Real Estate.

My background in sales taught me the importance of communication, advocacy, and building lasting relationships. Whether you're buying your first home, searching for the perfect mountain retreat, or preparing to sell, my goal is to ensure you feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. I'll work hard to create the best possible real estate experience and always put your goals first.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll find me exploring everything Summit County offers—skiing in the winter, biking and hiking in the summer, paddle boarding, camping, taking local art classes, or spending time with friends by the water whenever I can. This community has truly captured my heart, and I hope I can help others find that same sense of belonging and excitement as they find their place here.
